- Implement activities to develop the business in HCMC and Southern provinces and achieve the revenue target assigned by BOD.
- Seeking for potential customers for Call Center/Digital Marketing services in the area of HCMC and southern provinces.
- Interact with customer for proposal, quotation, offer, contract…
- Meet clients, present products & services and close sales.
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
- Coordinate with other internal divisions in new projects to ensure successful operation.
- Monitor the customer’s satisfaction with the operation of project.
- Access to confidential information
- Responsible for all administrative and commercial processes within the company.
- Representing the company always in the highest professional manner.
- Careful and correct creation of the reports, balance sheets and documents.
- Provide all legal documents, reports and other information for authorities.
- Report weekly to Sales and Marketing Director about the Sales actions
- University Graduated, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business
- Good at English
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Account Management services or equivalent.
- Prior B2B sales or Pre-sales consultant in Outsourcing, Digital Marketing, Contact Center services or related services industries.
- Strong communication, sales skills and report skill, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business
- Has can-do attitude, proven track-record in sales achievements.
- Understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
- Good presentation skills and communication.
- Analytic mindset, proactive, dedicated, committed & passionate.
- Customer service & sales oriented Available to think out of the box.
- Can be work independent as well as teamwork
